Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Perishable items (including live plants) are generally non-returnable once they have left our premises.
    • Hard goods (pots, tools, accessories) may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 Business Days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
  2. Refund Process:
    • If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue (replace, issue a store credit or refund).
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Exceptions: Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service at [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA may be refused.
